Adrii Holder
Caribbean native, fashion designer, artist, entertainer, spiritual medium brings to the collective a source of inspiration and experience. An Associate degree graduate of the Barbados community College in Fashion design/applied arts, Adrii showcases this discipline in the Oakland Secret LLC community. A Virgo, with an analytical mind and eye for detail. Fashion is definitely Adrii’s passion.
Eric Avery
Eric is an interdisciplinary artist and cultural organizer with over fifteen years of professional experience in theatre, immersive performance, and community-based projects. eric's relationship-centered approach to creative practice has put them in collaboration with partners at nonprofit organizations, municipalities, social service agencies, universities, farms, community centers, prisons, art galleries, and private homes. Eric holds theatre degrees from the University of Kansas (BGS) and Towson University (MFA) and has received honors including: grants, commissions, fellowships, residencies, and a Bessie. Cat Frazier
Cat Frazier is the digital artist behind Animated Text, a 12 year project where she creates 3D animated text gifs based on follower requests. Her work has been featured in New York Times Magazine and is now part of a permanent digital archive in the New Museum. She holds a Critical and Visual Studies degree from Pratt Institute.
Anka Karewicz
Anka is a self taught photographer and filmmaker. She has been a part of several social justice media collectives (Radio Chamba in Chicago, Liberated Lens in Oakland), directed and worked on many short documentaries and several feature docs and fiction. She works on a variety of projects that intersect art and social justice.
Dr. IAN WEAVER
Ian earned his PhD in Astrophysics from Harvard University, where he used some of the world’s largest telescopes to investigate new worlds around other stars. Currently, Ian works with SETI and NASA to provide free telescopes and science programs across the country. Ian also serves as the Program Manager for Onaketa, an education nonprofit that provides free educational services for black and brown youth.
Tia Neal
Tia is a Bay area native who focuses energy and passion toward matters of community as well as personal exploration and development. Tia has a background in equitable food systems, anti-imperialist and anti-displacement work. Tia has been an Oakland Secret community member since 2020.
